Sourcing
Most of Falks Lightings range is sourced from quality european manufacturers. Some of our suppliers may source products from China and other parts of Asia. We only deal with reputable suppliers who provide product that adhears at a very minimum to CE standards. All our products, where applicable, are RoHS complient.
WEEE
Falks Lighting is regisered with WEEE Ireland, number 00448.
Payment Method
Payment is made by credit card or debit card using a secure online payment facility which is hosted by a third party . We accept Visa, Mastercard, Laser and Maestro. Payment must be made in full before any goods can be delivered.
Delivery
Falks Lighting uses a secure third party delivery company to send you your order, because of this Falks Lighting cannot provide you, the customer, with an exact delivery time but we can provide a date on which the order will arrive. Deliverys maybe traced using your receipt/order acknoledgement number. Because of the nature, value and size of the products we are sending, there must be someone at this location on the specified day to sign for the reciept of the delivery. Deliverys are only made from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm. When the goods are signed for it is assumed that there has been no sign of tampering and the delivery is in good condition. We take great care when packaging deliverys to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Returns and Refunds.
Falks Lighting is committed to selling high-quality products, but we also know that, occasionally, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought. Please make sure that you check your items carefully on reciept before they are used or installed. We also recommend that you keep your receipt or order number, which can be found on your order confirmation or on the delivery packaging, as you will need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.
If you change your mind:
Before the reciept of the goods:
- Please email us before you get notified that the goods have been dispatched and we can cancel the order and give you a full refund.
Within 7 days of receiving the order
- Most things we sell are covered by our 28 day money-back guarantee if faulty. But if you change your mind, just return them to any store, unused, in their original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition, along with the receipt* and we'll exchange it for you or you can get a voucher for the value of your purchase.
- If you change your mind you are not entitled to a full refund in cash, free collection of the goods or a refund for delivery paid. Refunds for change of mind are given in the form of vouchers or goods of an equil value only.
- If you don't have a receipt, you can redeem the proof of purchase by accessing your sales history in your account.
- To arrange collection of something we've delivered, just call us on +353 (01) 4904813 or email sales@falkslighting.ie and we'll collect it for free (ROI customers only). Your order number will count as your receipt.
- All bulbs are not covered under this warranty so please ensure you are selecting the right bulb for your requirements.
- Special Offers are non-refundable unless genuinely faulty.
- Our 30-day money-back guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
If there's a fault with the product:
- Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods
- If you send/bring it back to us within 28 days with your proof of purchase, we'll give you a replacement or a refund or voucher.
- If the fault is broken glass, this can usually be easily replaced and sent to you free of charge, simply send us a photo of the broken glass along with your order number to sales@falkslighting.ie and we will send you a replacement free of charge as soon as we possibly can.
- If you had the product delivered, just email us sales@falkslighting.ie and we will arrange collection.
- We are not perfect, sometimes the wrong item will be sent out by accident. Please email us with the code of the item you have received (clearly marked on the side of the box or your reciept) and we will collect it and deliver the correct item you ordered free of charge.
- If you had your item delivered, your order number which can be found on your order acknowledgement or delivery packaging counts as your receipt/proof of purchase.
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
