Falks Lighting fully respects your right to privacy, and will not collect any personal information about you on this website without your clear permission. Any personal information which you volunteer to Falks Lighting will be treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality, strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Acts, 1988 & 2003. We do not share your information with a third party.
From time to time we may e-mail you with occasional offers or with the Falks Lighting newsletter if you have signed up. Your credit card details are dealt with using the most secure encrypted format approved by inter-bank standards.

Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund.
To cancel, you can email us within seven working days of placing the order or before you receive a confirmation of dispatch of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. If you are returning a faulty item(s) you must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them (This does not include broke glass which can be reordered free of charge up to 30 days from receipt of goods). Item(s) may be returned to a Falks Lighting showroom, or we can arrange collection free of charge (applies to ROI customers only).
